1 15oz can chickpeas (garbanzos)
1 tablespoon The Well Dressed Olive Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
Black pepper, fresh ground to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
Rinse chickpeas and lay out on paper towels and pat to dry well. In a medium bowl, add The Well Dressed Olive's Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add chickpeas and toss to coat evenly. Pour out onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes shaking the pan halfway through to be sure all the beans crisp evenly but keeping the beans in a singe layer. Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes. Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve immediately with an icy, cold beer!
