For spice rub:
3 1/2 pounds beef brisket
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
1 cup The Well Dressed Olive Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cpu brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 cup blackberries

Combine paprika, red pepper, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub spices over brisket. Place brisket in crockpot. 

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over brisket. Cook on high for 1 hour.

Reduce temperature to low and cook an additional 6-7 hours until brisket is tender.
