1 large pizza dough
4 tablespoons The Well Dressed Olive Basil Olive Oil
1 pear, thinly sliced
1/2 cup pancetta, diced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
4oz mozzarella balls
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
4 tablespoons The Well Dressed Olive Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spread the pizza dough out on a baking stone or sheet. Brush with The Well Dressed Olive Basil Olive Oil, then top with the sliced pears, diced pancetta, sliced garlic, mozzarella balls and fresh basil.
Bake for 15 minutes, then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Mix The Well Dressed Olive Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar with brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until glaze is reduced by half, about 20 minutes. Glaze should coat the back of a spoon.
