2 jars roasted red peppers, drained
1⁄4 C The Well Dressed Olive Tuscan Herb EV Olive Oil
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
1⁄2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with metal blade and pulse until smooth. Serve as a spread for crackers or crusty bread.
