1 french baguette
1/4 cup The Well Dressed Olive Olive Oil
1 package prosciutto
1 round of brie cheese
1 jar cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 bottle The Well Dressed Olive's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Balsamic Glaze: Mix The Well Dressed Olive's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until vinegar is thickened. Remove from heat and cool.
Assemble Crostini: Cut baguette into inch slices. Lightly coat with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Slice brie into thin strips and place on bread. Top with prosciutto and cranberry sauce. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, and drizzle finished balsamic glaze over crostini.
