6-8 cups chopped romaine, baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
2 medium apples, cored and slices
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup The Well Dressed Olive's Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons The Well Dressed Olive's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
Ground pepper to taste
Prepare the dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
In a large bowl combine lettuce, pomegranate seeds, apple slices, and feta cheese. Toss to mix well. Top with dressing and ground pepper to taste.
